We recently decommissioned Certificate Services running on Server 2003, and established a new CA on a system running Server 2008 R2. We're not using EFS extensively, so I deemed it simpler to uninstall Certificate Services on the old system, clean up AD, and set up Certificate Services as a fresh install on the new system, instead of moving/migrating Certificate Services.To convince workstations..
